A clear next step.
A practical path forward.

Understand the problem, choose a scope that makes sense, and build toward a measurable improvement. Our founders stay involved from the first conversation through delivery.

First, a conversation.

A free 20–30 minute alignment call gives us a starting point: your business, what is slowing the work down, and what a better outcome would look like.

Bring a concrete example if you have one. You do not need a technical specification or a predetermined AI solution. We discuss whether there is a useful next step and what information would help us define it.

Start where you are.

Four ways to work together. You can enter or exit at any stage; the next stage is a separate decision, based on what the work has shown.

Discovery & Feasibility

1 week

Understand the challenge, assess feasibility, and define a practical implementation plan.

You have a specific operational problem and need to decide what is worth building.

What you receive

  • A map of one defined business problem and its current workflow.
  • A technical feasibility assessment, including data and access requirements.
  • A written implementation recommendation, success measures, and proposed next scope.

What we need from you

A process owner, a walkthrough of the current workflow, and representative information that can be shared safely.

Focused on one problem. A comprehensive systems audit or implementation is scoped separately.

Starting at$1,000

Proof of Concept

1–2 weeks

Build a focused working demonstration that tests the proposed approach.

You know the problem, but an important technical assumption still needs evidence.

What you receive

  • One focused demonstration of a technical hypothesis or workflow.
  • Evaluation against agreed test cases and success criteria.
  • Documented findings, limitations, and a recommendation to continue, change direction, or stop.

What we need from you

Representative inputs, access to the relevant subject expert, and agreement on what the demonstration must test.

Validates an approach. A complete application, production deployment, and ongoing operation are separate scopes.

Starting at$3,500

MVP & Pilot Build

4–8 weeks

Deliver a usable solution for a defined workflow, with testing and a controlled pilot.

The approach is sufficiently understood and a small group is ready to use a working solution.

What you receive

  • One meaningful end-to-end workflow for a limited set of users.
  • A small number of straightforward integrations where the workflow needs them.
  • Appropriate safeguards, documented pilot testing, and a review against the baseline.

What we need from you

A decision-maker, pilot users, timely access to agreed systems, and regular feedback on working increments.

A defined pilot, with a focused feature set. Additional workflows, complex integrations, and broader rollout are separately scoped.

Starting at$15,000

Production & Optimization

2–4 weeks for a focused rollout

Deploy and strengthen an existing solution for ongoing operational use.

A solution already exists and needs a bounded path into day-to-day operation.

What you receive

  • Deployment of an existing solution into the agreed environment.
  • Monitoring, error handling, and recovery procedures appropriate to the workflow.
  • Operational documentation, handoff, and a review of performance against agreed measures.

What we need from you

An existing codebase or system, an operational owner, deployment access, and agreement on rollout and acceptance.

A focused rollout of an existing system. Major new functionality and enterprise-wide deployment require a larger scope.

Starting at$10,000

All starting prices are in USD and cover a focused scope. The final proposal depends on scope, access, complexity, and requirements. Timelines describe elapsed delivery time, not full-time engineering allocation.

Ongoing support is scoped separately around the system, its users, and the operational requirements.

Close to your team.
Accountable for the work.

Agree the outcome and boundaries.

Define the workflow, responsibilities, access, deliverables, and acceptance criteria before the work starts. A scope change becomes an explicit discussion.

Review working increments.

Keep feedback close to the people who use the process. Review decisions, show progress, and use what is learned to adjust the work within the agreed scope.

Make uncertainty visible.

A proof of concept can show that an approach needs to change. A pilot can expose exceptions. Capture those findings before making a larger commitment.

Leave a system people can operate.

Agree ownership and handoff requirements, document important decisions, and prepare the operational team for the work they will take on.

From the problem to daily use.

These activities describe how the work progresses. Their depth and sequence depend on the engagement you choose.

Our approach

  1. Discover
  2. Design
  3. Build
  4. Deploy
  5. Measure

We meet you where you are, from focused feasibility work to full implementation and deployment.

  1. Discover

Understand the business process, bottlenecks, users, data, constraints, and economics. Identify what is worth solving and assess feasibility.

  2. Design

Define the desired workflow, decision logic, system boundaries, architecture, measurement plan, and delivery scope.

  3. Build

Develop the application or automation, implement decision logic, and connect existing systems where needed.

  4. Deploy

Test and validate the solution, manage exceptions and human review, document operations, and roll out approved functionality safely.

  5. Measure

Compare against a baseline and assess time saved, error rates, throughput, cost, reliability, adoption, and return on investment.

Know what changed.

Success starts with a baseline: handling time, error rate, backlog, throughput, or another measure that matters to the operation. Agree the measure before evaluating the solution.

Keep estimates, pilot observations, and verified production results separate. Review adoption and exception handling alongside the headline outcome.

How to measure automation value

Have a challenge
worth solving?

A process that should run better. An AI initiative that needs to become operational. A tool your business wishes existed.

Tell us what you're trying to accomplish. We'll help determine what's possible, what makes sense to build, and where the investment can create value.
